Peter J. Hotez

About

Professor Hotez has co-led vaccine development for parasitic and coronavirus infections, with COVID vaccines reaching 100 million people in India and Indonesia. An advocate against anti science and antisemitism, he has authored over 700 papers and four books. He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine, with awards from AAAS, AMA, AAMC, and others, and served as US Science Envoy for MENA. He holds degrees from Yale, Weill Cornell, and Rockefeller University.
